Location
"If you are lucky enough to have lived in Paris when you are young, then wherever you go for the rest of your life, it stays with you, for Paris is a moveable feast." The Semester in Paris program, International Business: A European Prospective, is a unique international experience which encourages intellectual and personal growth by providing a sound academic and cultural curriculum. The program is designed to address current topics in international business while immersing students in the French culture. Students enroll at the prestigious Academie Commerciale Internationale in Paris and study a range of international business topics. Students use ACCENT Paris center as a resource and lending library, check e-mail or write papers in the computer lab, and take advantage of a variety of other student services.

Course and Credits Information
Students may earn up to 15 units of college credit from the University of Colorado at Denver. CU-Denver is one of the four University of Colorado campuses and its College of Business and Administration is AACSB accredited. Coursework is taught in English in multinational classrooms and offers American students the uniques opportunity to interact with European students studying at A.C.I. Interested students may also enroll in a 20-hour survival French class to facilitate independence while studying in Paris. Students can expect to be in class approximately three hours per day Monday - Friday. Accommodation
Students may choose to live in double or single rooms in student residences in the city of Paris. The supplement for a single room is $400. Housing is provided from the first day of the program (January 29, 2001).

Transportation
Students on the Semester in Paris program make their own transatlantic flight arrangements. Those flying directly to Paris may choose to fly into either Charles de Gaulle or Orly Airport. Students need to arrive at the ACCENT office in Paris between 9am and 5pm on January 31, 2002. Students will receive detailed instructions with their enrollment materials.
